Registration Information for Continuing Education Courses

Registration for workshops and short-courses in the Clinical Practice Series and Supervision Series is online only. Early registration is encouraged as space in workshops and short-courses is limited.

We encourage you to register for ALL the short-courses and workshops that you want at one time. This will avoid the need to re-enter your personal information for multiple registrations. Please visit the Registration Page to access our registration website.

Payment Policy

Beginning October 1, 2018, Continuing Education will no longer be able to accept checks. Credit card transactions through the registration system, Cvent, is the only accepted method of payment.

Course Transfers

Registration changes from one workshop to another will be permitted on a space-available basis. Any such changes must be made at least 10 business days prior to the start of the workshop for which you are presently registered. Please contact us to determine whether a transfer can be made.

If a transfer is permitted, you will have until the end of the calendar year to use your transfer credit. If you are no longer able to make it to the new class- no matter the reason, there will be an automatic refund, minus a 15% administrative fee.

This course transfer policy does not apply to CEUs on a Stick, where course transfers are not permitted.

Cancellations and Refunds

A refund for the cost of a workshop, minus a 15 percent administrative fee, is available for cancellations received no later than 10 business days prior to the first day of the workshop. No refunds will be granted after that date. Please contact us to determine whether a refund can be made.

In the event that the Series has to cancel or postpone a workshop, you will be notified immediately by email to discuss options.
