Each year the University of Minnesota School of Social Work offers a variety of continuing education courses for professionals. Courses include content for professionals working with children and families, clinical mental health, community practice, trauma, ethics, supervision, as well as health, disabilities, and aging.
If you are looking for courses that we have offered in the past, you can view the archive. This will list class names, dates, clinical clock hours/CEUs, descriptions, and the learning objectives.
We offer classes during UMN winter break in January, UMN spring break in March, and UMN summer break June-August each year. You can sign up for our email list to be notified when courses are available each session.
Registration is now open for our Summer 2020 Online Series! All courses for Summer 2020 will be held via Zoom and participant numbers will be capped to ensure a personalized learning experience.
